For example, if you created your account using JaneSmith@yahoo.com, you must enter it exactly as it was originally written, including the capitalization. Typing janesmith@yahoo.com will not work. Be sure to match the uppercase and lowercase letters precisely as they appear when you created your account.

Your login name is the email address you used to sign up. When you receive the invitation to join the database, simply scroll to the bottom of that email. There, you’ll find the email address associated with your account and a link to log in.
